Texcan Capital Inc. has a network of professionals that comprise the overall teamwork of the Company. This network ranges from Landsman, Legal, Geologist and other specific experts to be announced and placed on the field as required.
Mr. Caldwell has extensive experience as a financial executive commencing with Arthur Anderson & Co. from 1970 to 1973 where he earned his CPA. He left public account and served as the assistant to the Treasurer at Daylin, Inc. from 1973 to 1976, acted as a financial consultant from 1977 to 1985. Mr. Caldwell became Chief Financial Officer for Southern California Consultants Inc. from 1985 to 1990 and again worked as a financial consultant to 1999. He served as Chief Financial Officer for Peck/Jones Construction Corp., a California general contractor from 1999 to 2002 when the company was sold. He then became CFO of Ecuity: a VoIP Seattle based public company until 2005. He has acted as controller and CFO of various public and private companies since 2005. Mr. Caldwell received his Bachelor degree in Business Administration from the University of California at Long Beach. Mr. Caldwell will be in charge of the overall finance for the Company.
Ms. Erdmann has over 40 years in accounting and business, starting her career
at Robinsons May in 1973 to 1975 as an assistant wage and salary administrator,
then moving to Exclusive Industries, a women’s manufacturer sportswear
from 1975 to 1981. From there she spent the next 30 years as a senior
accountant for a $600 million corporate housing provider, Oakwood Worldwide.
She was
also an interim secretary for a public shell mining company, Goldspan
Resources Inc. and has been secretary to her own consulting company
for nearly 20 years. Ms Erdmann graduated with her Bachelor Degree in Business
Administration
from San Luis Obispo California and a Master of Science in Counseling
from Cal Luthern University.
Ms. Erdmann is in charge of all board meetings and company stock transactions.
Born and raised in New Mexico having grown up in the oil business of which he is a third generation. Mr. Gray has worked on all levels from consulting and management experience in the oil and gas industry, and in many different states and countries. From 1992 Mr. Gray has researched and worked on several methods of enhanced oil recovery. His hands on experience includes re-working over 100 wells and putting those wells into successful production including purchasing all equipment and supplies necessary, coordinating all sub-contractors and securing oil buyers to purchase the oil. Mr. Gray has also drilled and completed over 50 new wells and has actively been involved in the reworking of old wells, pulling pumps, tubing, rods and getting the wells cleared out and then replacing with new pumps, tubing, rods and putting the wells back into production. He is familiar with the Fowlkes Station RF#1 project. Mr. Gray is responsible for the management of the fields, ensuring the sub-contractors are performing scheduled duties, and over all maintenance of projects.
